Current and future market development – a challenge for investors
The stock markets have been rising for years, despite the euro zone debt crisis and political events. The traditional fixed -income investments generates almost no income. With our event series ” Asset Managers in Dialogue ” we want to give investors the opportunity for a direct exchange of information with recognized experts .
We presented GFS and explained why an independent asset manager with personal care and holistic advice to its clients is truly an alternative to traditional banking advice.
Guest speaker this evening at the Steigenberger was Reto Pfenninger , investment specialist of UBS AG , Zurich . He took us on an investment world tour and explained investment opportunities and risks from the view of UBS . It quickly developed into a lively discussion with many questions from our guests .

Guest speaker this evening at the Steigenberger was Mrs. Sabine Stöhr of Franklin Templeton GmbH, Frankfurt/Main. Franklin Templeton is one of the oldest and largest asset managers in the world. Their flagship, the Templeton Growth Fund , was launched in 1954 . Like most investment funds, our customers can purchase these classic fund without sales load!
Frau Stohr presented interesting studies on investor behavior and explained the investment approaches of Templeton.

Round table discussion with Wall Street expert, Oliver Pursche
On May 13, 2013 we held a round table discussion with Mr. Oliver Pursche at the Steigenberger Hotel.
Mr. Pursche is employed with Gary Goldberg Financial Services and is a regular television guest on CNBC, Fox Business News, and other television channels. You can view some of his television appearances on his homepage at: http://ggfs.com/press.html
Our guests discussed the current capital market situation with Mr. Pursche. It was especially interesting for all participants to view the situation in Europe from the US perspective.

GFS event at Bankhaus Donner & Reuschel: Independence meets tradition
New highs for the stock market despite the sovereign debt crisis: How do I position myself as an investor?
As an independent wealth manager, GFS Global Financial Solutions manages securities accounts for clients at its partner banks. One of these partner banks is Donner & Reuschel, a private bank founded in Hamburg in 1798.
Our clients and other interested persons were invited to attend the event at the Donner & Reuschel bank branch located in Hamburg at Ballindamm 27 directly overlooking Hamburg’s Alster Lake.
We presented our investment approaches and strategies as well as an overview of the current market situation.
Subsequently, Mr. Karsten Dabelstein from Donner & Reuschel presented an interesting wealth management approach. A Q & A session followed upon which there was an opportunity to exchange information and opinions in a relaxed atmosphere, which was accompanied by food and drink. .
